The Dudson Group manufactures exclusively in the United Kingdom.
All production originates from their two factories situated in the towns of Burslem and Tunstall,
Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire.
Both sites began production of Dudson hotelware in the early 1950s,
and since then have seen substantial expansion and improvement brought about through the company’s
investment and modernisation programme. Output is currently over thirteen million pieces per annum
and plans are in place to increase capacity significantly in the coming years.
In total, the company employs over 700 people, made up from the skilled
craftsmen and women of the local area known as ‘The Potteries’. Dudson actively encourages the
development of skills in it’s work force and staff training is a priority of their personnel management.
